Is it bad for a Teenager to use a firming lotion?
I have horrible bags under my eyes , im 16 bt i get plenty of sleep andall i drink is water, so i started to use avon's ANEW clinical thermafirm lotion to see if it would help.
is this a bad idea? or will it just tighten my skin like i want it to?
