Packing For Your Baby - 6 Must-Know Tips
While you have been home for months, its now time for a vacation! We being elders love the change, but our baby needs a home everywhere. So packing for that li'l one is indeed no joke.
Managing perfect parenthood on the road calls for a lot of preparation, but at the same time. You must pack almost the whole house for the kid but in a compact form.
Here are some tips that shall help you simplify this challenging job.
1. Feeding the Child
a. Those who are breast feeding the child not worry as it requires no preparations.
b. But those who have to feed the child with bottles milk, you must take it for granted that you would not have a kitchen at your disposal.
c. Carry all that you would need to prepare the milk, else, if you can, carry the prepared material.
d. To maintain the hygiene, pack the sterilized bottles & nipples in the zipper-closed plastic bags.
2. Overestimate Everything
a. Every mother has an estimate of the diapers & wipes used in a single day by the kid. For the number of days you are going to be on the trip, pack diapers & wipes for each day.
b. Further, pack the diapers & wipes for at least two days extra, that is, in case you extend the trip, or unfortunately the kid falls ill.
c. Carry enough changing pads or some substitutes to keep your baby clean and also maintain the hygiene of the place where you stay.
3. Selecting the Clothing as per Weather
a. Though we all want to make sure about the weather of the place we are going to, but nature as we know is unpredictable.
b. For your kid, do not take chances and carry a good variety of clothes based on varied weather conditions.
c. Also carry a couple of extra outfits that you could mix & match for the kid.
d. Make it a point to pack at least one extra outfit for each day of the trip.
e. This becomes all the more important in places where there are no laundry facilities.
f. Remember, babies can be li'l messy devils, so be prepared for the worst.
4. First Aid Kit
a. Make sure you must never leave from the house with your kid with out his/her relevant first aid kit.
b. The essential medicines of this kit are pain relievers, fever reducers, band-aids, teething medicines, and other supplies that your baby might need.
c. Other essentials are some toys like the teething rings.
d. Baby cold medicines, and the basic baby toiletries are a-must to be mentioned here.
e. As we said earlier, be prepared for the worst and suppose that there would be no medical facilities in the place where you are going.
5. Carry the Baby Comfortably
a. You must ensure some basic gadgets that help you carry the kid more comfortable; that would help you as well as the kid.
b. You can pick a baby sling, a front-packing carrier, etc.
c. These are especially helpful when the trip is more for the outdoors.
d. The portable play pan along with some toys would keep your child busy and hence, make the trip fun for you and the child.
e. Some small & fun activities for travel would help the child be entertained better.
6. Keep the Kids' Stuff in the Hand Bags
a. While traveling in a flight or bus, make sure that you have all the necessary stuff of the kid in your hand bag.

There are numerous suggestions for how to properly pack your mail, however here are some suggestions that are considered the most important. Here are some general tips for safe and secure packing:
• Remember the basics: put a return address, contact name, address, and telephone number inside of your package
• For oddly shaped packages with sharp edges, use padded envelopes
• Always ensure that any outer containers are strong enough for their contents
• Ensure that fragile items don’t make contact with each other, or the side of the container
• Fill out containers with cushioning material like bubble-wrap
• Remember to use a ‘fragile’ sticker if necessary
• Make sure your package is sealed securely with nylon or vinyl tape along all of your edges
Pack to Prevent Disaster
Have you ever had a package sent back to you because of improper loading capacity? Believe it or not, packages are often returned because of simple packing problems. Following these instructions will help you save money:
• If you are selling a large or heavy item, do not overload your box – many carriers have a maximum weight to avoid back injuries
• Heavy boxes should be sealed with a fabric tape rather than brown tape
• Balance the weight within the box – unevenly packed boxes suffer damage due to instability
• Allow at least two inches of packing around breakable or fragile items
• Place scrap cardboard under the final seal of each box. This will avoid having the knife cut into your product upon delivery
• Make sure there is no movement in your box!
Other Considerations
