You Have Your Own Vibrational Set-Point
Each of us has our own vibrational set-point, a place where our personal vibration tends to be. It may go higher or lower, depending on the circumstances, but then it bounces back. In a sense it's like a thermostat, a regulator of your personal happiness and fulfillment. The higher you set it, the better you'll feel, and the more magnetic you'll be to the things you want.
Six Ways to Raise Your Vibrational Set-Point
#1) Recognize that you have a choice--only you can determine your vibrational set-point.
Empower yourself to raise the level of your own happiness, and set an intention to create and allow
more goodness into your life, no matter what's going on around you.
#2) Get a clear sense of your current set-point.
How happy are you? Look at the different areas of your life: your business, relationships, family, health. Get a sense of how much good you are currently attracting in each of these areas, then think about about how much good you'd like to have.
#3) Become aware of your emotions or moods as you move through the day.
Your emotions are your guidance system, telling you whether or not you're attracting what you want to attract. Become aware of what your "default" mood seems to be.
#4) Start noticing your current thought-patterns.
Your chronic thought-patterns are responsible for much of what is activated in your personal vibration. Bring your thought patterns into the light of your awareness.
#5) Uncover the beliefs underneath those patterns.
Examine your beliefs and determine whether or not they support the life you are creating. Discard any old, outgrown beliefs and adopt new beliefs based on who you are now.
#6) Consciously change your thought-patterns to support the way you want to feel.
Using your new beliefs, create new thought-patterns that support the abundant life you are creating.

2. Focus on positive thought patterns. Try to avoid negative thoughts. If you worry or experience anxieties you will soon notice a difference when doing your meditations regularly. Put positive information into your mind. Read up on encouraging success stories about people who have experienced recoveries from health problems against all arts. This will help you to develop positive thought patterns. The Law of Attraction will respond accordingly.
3. To help to impress thinking of health and well being on your subconscious mind
you can say some affirmations daily for at least 10 minutes.
