A Face Exercise (And Other Things to Help Thin Out the Face)

Do you find your double chin to be annoying? Are you an exercise buff but can’t seem to find the perfect solution for your chubby cheeks? Are you happy because you lost a lot of weight, yet irritated at the sight of a turkey neck?

There are specific exercises which target parts of the face, so as much as possible, DO NOT make your own exercises. Some people who claim that they don’t need help eventually find out that mistakes are costly and sometimes irreversible. Such is one friend who insisted that a particular exercise worked on her chubby cheeks – until she discovered that instead of a little help from the “exercise”, her cheeks were beginning to sag – definitely not a good sign.

In Ebony Marshall's book entitled “Pretty Perfect: A Guide to the Understanding & Achieving a Slim Face and the Most Beautiful You!”, there are a lot of exercises that are covered– from chubby cheeks to double chins to fat necks and jowls. The exercises help to strengthen the muscles of our face and eliminate the excess fat in these problem areas. Plus, aside from exercises, she also talks about how to care for your skin to give it that youthful and healthy glow that will make your face slim and radiant.

There is one particular exercise that I really like; it’s called The Blowfish. This exercises targets the cheeks and can help with fat cheeks. To do the Blowfish, follow these instructions:

1. Face a mirror while you do this exercise.
2. Close your mouth and fill your left cheek with air; hold for eight to ten seconds then relax your face.
3. Next, fill your right cheek with air. Again, hold the position for the same amount of time, then relax.
4. Next, fill both cheeks with air and again hold for eight to ten seconds. Relax.

Do the exercise for about five times. My youngest daughter is barely 2 years old, and she laughs whenever I do this exercise, so it’s as much fun for her too as it is for me.

Are you willing to become the gerbil on the wheel, a slave to temporary measures that may corrupt your long-term good health and deplete your savings?

How many injections, surgeries, lipo-suctions and treatments can your body handle without rebelling?   New reports suggest that aggressive and invasive anti-aging procedures actually speed-up aging so be advised that prolonged use of injections and more may not produce the desired effects.

Consider celebrities who readily invest money in the best of everything - homes, vacations, travel, and luxury de jour - have by choice chosen plastic surgery, injections and loads of treatment just hoping to further enhance their appearance, career, and bankability.  Without naming names, we have seen results that surely weren't anticipated.

Oversized lips, ghastly raised eyebrows, inflated cheeks, splayed mouths, flat cheeks, the wind-tunnel, surprised look coupled with harsh laser treatments that guarantee any face could easily resemble the Bride of Frankenstein are frequently seen in the hottest spots like the Ivy and Nobu, in gossip magazines and celebrity blogs.  If celebrities who can afford the finest of everything end up with freakish looking faces, what will you get?

You can easily recession-proof your face and look younger than your years if you are willing to try an all-natural alternative like facial exercise.

Exercise changes everything.  Just as torsos, arms, legs, hips, buttocks and thighs slim and tighten with regular exercise; facial exercise can tighten and lift the sagging facial features that make a face look tired and old.

Rather than spending several thousand dollars on temporary fixes invest in a facial exercise program to manage your sagging cheeks and eyebrows, double chins, lined foreheads and more.
