You want to start with gentle strokes on both sides of the neck, and then stroke up to their temples, rubbing them lightly.

Always use circular, outward motions, and then start to go down the sides of the spine, pressing gently again. Now you want to start on the arms, beginning at the triceps. Once you have completed giving your upper body the full body massage it is time to head towards the legs. You will need to concentrate on each section one at a time. This means that when you give your legs a massage it can start from the top of the thighs and work down to the knees.
The thighs should have the same kneading motion as your back but the pressure can be a little harder. You can also use the flat part of your palm to knead the thigh and sides of the legs.
