Fat burning belt, does it work or does it not?
I've seen lots of those kinda things on TV and internet and just wondering if it works? what about the Brookstone Osim uZap OS1160? I understand it gives massages but does it burn fat also? if not then anyone knows any similar belt with a good experience?
i think the best thing to burn fat is to just get excercise and eat healthy.
