Sun exposure, UV rays can penetrate the deeper layers which can cause the skin to lose elasticity, resulting in premature aging. Never get more than 20 to 30 minutes of sun exposure on your skin a day. The suns UV rays are powerful and can damage important enzymes that are important in maintaining the skins elasticity.
