Why do I get acne outbreaks during my period?
Every day, I exfoliate twice a day, once with St. Ives Blemish Control and once with St. Ives Renew & Firm Apricot Scrubs, use Clean and Clear astringent once a day, rubbing alcohol once a day, and moisturize with mary kay face stuff...
But still get like, six or seven pimples on my forehead the day I start my period.
Why? And how can I stop it?
I would seriously suffer through it but every pimple leaves a scar for at least a month, and I'm really trying to get my skin to where I don't have to wear foundation, because I like the way my skin looks without it... but then I get all those pimple scars..
