You've probably heard it a hundred times. Skin cleansing is an important part of any skincare routine. But, always remember to choose your cleaners carefully and follow up with a good moisturizer, regardless of your complexion type. People with oilier complexions often overlook the importance of moisturizing.
Cleaning is important for removing dead cells and excessive sebum, what we usually refer to as oil. If the oil and dead cells build up, we get blemishes and odor due to bacterial activity. But, sebum is a natural protectant from wind, sun and other elements.
