How do I use the Anew clinical plump and smooth?
first you take the smoother and apply a small amount around the lips. it is a little oily and takes a while to sink in. i usually massage it in to save time. it visibly firms the skin around the lips in a matter of minutes, no tingling, no burning sensations. the lip plumper, however, which is applied directly to the lips does tingle and burn slightly and does so for about fifteen to twenty minutes.
